Solvent-"The solvent is usually more in amount than the solute." -science article.
Something that is amplified ,(certainly is louder ) becomes more of a focal point than other sounds.What we fixate on holds us in an absolute state of suffering. When we can break its gaze; just like a dog staring at you , we break its gaze so it does not attack.This really is how it is when we are breaking uncomfortable and sometimes long held patterns in our life.It is really an act of will that becomes the solvent to our situation.It is not minimizing your suffering or making light of a situation it is utilizing other practices to become louder ,to be more in its effect than the problem.This is what starts to happen as we move foreward in our lives, create a determination ,but very often we are determined at a cost if we align with the problem rather than the solution ,or the solvent that will overpower it.The friction that is created with presenting an alternative to a problem bears in mind that both energies ; the problem and the solution can be equally amplified.
The problem can feel like it is much larger than the answer.

The rattle or the drum in effect drown out the problem ,it creates a clearing of stagnant energy and it offers an altered state of being to build your strength in order to change an outcome or stop a habit that won't let go of us ,its as if it has a life of its own. And in a shamanic sense it does.
It lives.
And as all life fights for itself, it does not want to die.Whether positive or negative ,"killing" the dream becomes making a longing or a goal "real" from fantasy to reality it produces happiness or a high to what we think we want, to discard it for the next thing that we think will make us happy. Negative habits that we "kill" served a longing in us, has produced suffering and holds us in an addictive state "A dry drunk" for instance, still has the wounding of someone who still drinks even If they have stopped. This momentary sensation also gives relief but not a long lasting answer.
Tools of clarity ,vision, giving ,receiving ,natural and supernatural experiences in our journeys offer what is true in our heart and soul.We find our will and our determination give way to become natural and effortless.Our own soul speaks louder than our wounding ,it is powerful and honest ,humbling and a relief to know that this experience of " who we always were," has always been there. "Solvent" more prominent than the solute in its application, the solution becomes clear.A souls answer - a Soul -lution.

Solved- "That will do pig ,that'll do" - The movie Babe.
In the movie Babe ,the farmer utters these last words to his pig who shows the community how intelligent he really is. There is a sense of completion that ends the movie and finds a resolution that becomes a situation that is solved by a confident display of mind, heart ,and body.What else is there? When so many of us are undermined ,treated with dismissive gestures ,or doubt that the triumph of the soul does exist.Pain puts us into a loop of repetition that is almost like a trap.The divine blueprint ,once activated gives us a sense that we have always been loved ,we move with confidence to rise up and meet our challenges ,there is a sense of completion here in meeting something full on.
On the spiritual path the fight with the minds hold on us, or the heartbreak that we think is normal ,gives the body a physical pain that we carry for what seems like an eternity.The story of souls going into the underworld or hell for three days to then ascend into heaven reminds me of this process .We rise ,we rise and ,we rise!
We rise finally to see patterns!
We see the illusion so clearly ,because suddenly in freedom we observe the patterns in life and see ,this is the fabric that we weave for better or ill.In shamanic practice we transcend the idea of better or worse ,but we have depth ,sometimes seen as evil ,which its not ; This is where the pain is ,in this perception of reality.It is not to say that there is no evil ,or malevolence but an amplification of energies both good and ill that have forgotten the soul, and ascending into heaven or heaven itself as a preferred path, we discover heaven in our very heart.
Soul towards depth and height become love, expansion outward and inward permeates everything. The depths become wisdom ,an ocean deep ,the core of the earth, something that holds you not in suffering but in soul.
A landscape of our "field" that creates our very reality. We are everything, all the time.Alchemised, whole ,resolved in our soul, not in good or evil ,in pain or in pleasure, But a recognition of the soul that offers something so much better.
A puzzle ,a Rubik's cube ,an equation unanswered ,a search of lifetimes ,a so called problem that is solved with soul. We recognize who we are .
Now we have a level playing field of who we are ,we can rest in our heart ,the answer to offer it without the fear of it being broken or stolen.
At this level of soul ,we build a divine structure that holds where the illusion collapses.It is the trick of the mind or of malevolence that tricks you into believing lies.
This is where Shamanic study and lineage healing becomes helpful.You have come out of the 8 of repetition or pattern to engage in a 9 of completion.
Engaging in something that will hold.

Sofia Solutions-"I did it my way"-Frank Sinatra
There are stages to healing that create solutions. We see, feel or think there might be a problem and so there is. We want a solution, and we want it fast, a solution right now, and sometimes depending on the circumstance, the urgency is met with an emergency. Immediate oxygen or a blood transfusion.
The list is numinous.
The first step is in our baby years, needs being met when they present themselves. Hunger is met with food at a particular time, eye gazing and love nourishes us. These are all internal cues that we have in our immediate surroundings. They are very basic but crucial to our lives. In connection we get it done "our way", out of a connection of needs met, if it's not given but imposed, forced, or neglected, we become suspended in a timing that is "off"
We act from what we know, what we see, and how we interact in the world determines our ability to be healed or walking injured. Once urgent care is given. We return to a more natural giving and receiving. If we don't move our stages of maturation in our healing, we etch the first stage of emergency.
Usually, our biological clock or a burst of hormones and physical growth take us to other stages of our development. But what do we do if there are gaps and places that do not have the next steps there for us? If we are surrounded by our peers, we see the variations of parenting and sibling interaction. We sometimes search there to have needs met. These soulful relationships transcend the biological in that moment providing an energy from community that we need to learn, to heal, to grow...up.
Sometimes....down, these interactions happen and instead of maturation, we are etched in a place of being "stuck", we can still work the edge to say "no" I am doing it my way. It's this stage of the two-year-old who doesn't really know what they are saying 'no" to, it can be everything and nothing. Our edge is a spiritual place of the warrior that makes a stance of power against the energies that keep us from seeing we are the ones with power and in power.
From me to we.
It is the teen years where the internal fire of the solar plexus and sexual power comes in to say, "I'm doing it my way", These moments of understanding our power have us mature into adulthood. The energy of the solar plexus moves up and into the higher heart, as we grow up. If it moves down into the sexual second chakra, we move into addiction territory, which etches the quality of our wounds as a life lived from there. A warriors journey however can walk an edge of wounded territory by calling on "the medicine." This is like a challenge, a dual with an energy that rules you, an opponent that limits our natural inclination towards the sun, the rain, the earth and the ethers which is sometimes referred to as the spirit.
There are ebbs and flows to this journey and there are leaps and bounds, flight, falls, stops and starts and a smooth or bumpy ride. It takes many forms and because you are unique in your journey, what I offer is a true seeing of your power and a power union where I can support you to "do it your way." The agreement is in relationship to life, to yourself and to others, so you can say "I did it my way"- The first step to Sofia solutions.
Once we have the first step, or several first steps to create a healthy pattern we take the second step or stage to "We did it our way."

Trust me I'm a doctor.
"TRUST" me I'm a Doctor- The story of Dr.Sandeep.
Dr.Sandeep is a doctor who kills his patient on purpose or accident>weight on the fallibility of the human being, where most people equate a doctor as God ,hence why so many doctors are known to have a God complex. We are taught to trust without question ,and sometimes we don't trust even if it is ok to trust ,we risk everything if we trust someone.This I believe comes from backwards thinking about love and trust.
How to trust
Where do we begin? We begin at the beginning with original blessing, instead of original sin,In a word we are 'Love"
I was speaking to a young man who was struggling in a relationship having issues with trust ,it had been an issue that I had grappled with. "Is love and trust the same thing , are they even related?" he asked.Instead of having a dialogue in my own mind ,I responded.-"Love is to offer to others ,because we are love ,there is no lack.Trust is a personal thing ,we need to trust ourselves.Trust that we are love ,and in trust and faith we can move our lives forward" I don't know if I believed self love needed to be a focus because I believed that was always present.But because we believe its not true we don't trust truth.Keep love for others not yourself because what it does is send an ego kick your way if we don't ,navel gazing ,we believe a lie that we are not enough, we are not love itself, but trust is only for you, not anyone else in your life because we interact with others and the world who maintain the lie. When that muscle is as strong as love itself, you will begin to trust others, who are trustworthy and love those that are not because it is in love that they may be able to believe it themselves.
When we walk our edge of change or learn something new ,there is the unknown ,but as I have offered we go into the unknown with some help.
That is the shamanic path.

I trusted someone that I loved who was not capable of trusting herself and not loving others but using them for her advantage.I was the little girl who waited ,and waited ,and waited for love.The real love ,not the mistrust /betrayal love that I continued to accept as real.This is where my journeying and my gifts came in handy to stop a pattern of meanness or injustice.The illusions are still powerful in their hold and chaos and confusion become weapons of the unloved.Energy draining, confidence shattering we endure the lie ,until we see the truth in our healing journey. We are love. We can trust ourselves and in that I continued to choose to be in the relationship ,and then eventually out of it because you outgrow and want something real.
Its surprising when you find out its always been you.
Don't trust others ,Trust yourself.
Don't love yourself, Love others.
So here the solutions are a mathematical order of sequence.
